1. Introduction

Welcome to Puneet Tours & Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of departure) require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the customer:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Cancellation by Puneet Tours & Travels:
    • If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Any request for changes in dates or itinerary must be made at least 7 days prior to departure.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
  • Puneet Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they have valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) for hotel check-ins and travel.
  • We are not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid or missing travel documents.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

  • Puneet Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of belongings, or natural calamities.
  • Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by a traveler will be the traveler’s responsibility, and they must bear the cost of repairs.

7. Health & Safety

  • Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
  • Travelers are responsible for carrying their prescribed medications and necessary health documents.
  • Puneet Tours & Travels is not liable for any health-related issues arising during the trip.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Customers must respect local laws, traditions, and cultures.
  • Misconduct, abusive behavior, or actions that jeopardize the safety of the group or staff will result in immediate termination of services without any refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • Puneet Tours & Travels shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.

10. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any complaints must be reported to the tour operator or customer service team during the trip.
  • Disputes will be resolved as per Indian jurisdiction, and legal proceedings, if required, will be conducted in Varanasi.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Puneet Tours & Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
